so i was wondering what washington man does and

wait but here’s the kicker

it’s basically a pretty good summary of washington, though

Mel’s Hole is a supposed geographic anomaly discovered by Mel Waters on his land near Ellensburg, Washington. Waters claimed that he lived in or near Manastash Ridge, Washington, about nine miles due west of Ellensburg, though later investigation revealed that no such person was listed as a resident. According to Waters, the hole has paranormal properties, including a possibly infinite depth and the ability to restore dead animals to life.
It is speculated that the hole’s properties might be tied to some cosmological events, including unspecified alignments of the moon.
There are accounts of people dropping their dead animals into the hole and later seeing them with other people. I wont go into that because, they might not actually be their animals.
Power’s back on for now, but I expect it to go out again. Just don’t know when, though. :/
I can hear the wind picking up again.
It’s actually very worryingly close. Polls don’t officially close for another half hour.
Some ballots won’t be entirely counted for the next few days, see here: http://vote.wa.gov/results/current/Turnout.html
You might not be aware, but WA is VERY split between east and west in terms of republican (east side) and democrat (west side, pretty much Seattle area), see here: http://seattletimes.com/flatpages/politics/2012-washington-election-results.html
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, please! Pass it on, and seriously hope for the best for us.

okay so what i’m getting is that ref 74 legalizing marriage for same-sex marriage through a means of popular vote is not passed yet
Snohomish county has yet to have been processed and i’m fairly sure snohomish is pretty big so this…might be a make-or-break one?
currently, it’s approved at 51.79% mostly due to king county’s huge population
